Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 small carrots
- ½ inch fresh ginger, peeled
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and bland until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
