Turmeric Smoothie for Inflammation

    • 2 oranges, peeled and coarsely chopped
    • 2 small carrots
    • ½ inch fresh ginger, peeled
    • ½ tsp ground turmeric
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 1/3 cup ice cubes
    • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and bland until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
