These turkey burgers are packed with spiralized zucchini, fresh mint, fresh cilantro, garlic, cayenne pepper, almond flour, diced green pepper, green onions, and cumin. When they’re cooked, slather them with a yummy sauce made from coconut yogurt (instead of sour cream and Greek yogurt).

These Moroccan zoodles are made with yellow onion, garlic, minced bell pepper, zucchini zoodles, diced tomatoes, butter (yay!), harissa sauce, coriander, cumin, paprika, sumac, lemon juice and zest, almonds, and if you’ve got it, some paleo lemon curd.

These sweet potato noodles seem basic at first, but the flavors of kale, garlic, and salmon take it to the next level along with earthy mushrooms, spunky bell peppers, onion, olive or coconut oil, and garlic powder. I’d look forward to take this out of my lunch box on a stressful work day!
