Peach makes a great glaze for meats, and you can easily make your own with simple ingredients. This one uses peach jelly or jam (preferably all fruit), ghee, and maple syrup. If you can’t find satisfactory peach jelly, use peach puree. The glaze will be more opaque but just as yummy.

This crumble is warm and sweet with almond meal, coconut sugar, fresh peaches, raspberries, and vanilla. It’s topped with a crunchy, rumbly topping of more almond meal and coconut sugar, butter, sliced almonds, and almond extract. Replace the quick outs with more crushed or sliced almonds.
