  1. I would like to know if this diet is safe for people with kidney deasase. I’m at level 3 and I am on the renal diet. Is is OK to follow this diet when I’m o a renal diet.

    • Many vegetables have calcium! A serving of kale has MORE calcium than a serving of milk!! Kale, spinach, and more not only have calcium, but have the magnesium your body needs to use the calcium!

  2. Without grains would I be able to obtain a higher then normal daily intake fibre count which medically I am required to have, on a paleo diet?

    • Fiber is the threads that hold the food together! Most fruit and vegetables have tons of fiber! The really watery ones have the least amount of fiber.

  5. I already follow a Paleo lifestyle and have done so for the past 4 years. I actually have found it beneficial to me in helping to deal with the symptoms that we associate with the menopause.

    I’ve found that I don’t need to rely on any form of medication or therapy to treat my symptoms. I just like to enjoy really great food and exercise regularly also helps. I do include a couple of natural supplements in my diet to further help with treating hot flashes and night sweats and also to help me sleep at night. But other than these I just eat healthy well balanced meals.
