10 Unique Paleo Eggs Benedict Recipes

By Jess

Eggs benedict is a delectable breakfast fit for royalty with its rich and silky Hollandaise sauce, perfectly poached eggs, and biscuits (or not biscuits!) While it’s often reserved for special indulgent occasions, you can make a healthier eggs benedict paleo-style with any of the recipes below, many with extra healthy veggies included. Try asparagus benedict, or eggs benedict made with fried green tomatoes, or a beautiful avocado Hollandaise. Or waffles benedict with blackberry jam!

Eggs Benedict is one of my favorite breakfast foods, and it didn’t dawn on me just how many ways it can be made Paleo friendly.

1. Paleo Eggs Benedict on Artichoke Hearts
I absolutely love artichokes, and I don’t think I’ll ever run out of ways to incorporate them into unusual dishes. This is a great way to get your artichoke fix with a bonus of bacon, balsamic vinegar, and a silky Hollandaise sauce made with egg yolks and melted ghee.

2. Zucchini Fritter Eggs Benedict With Prosciutto and Bacon
This awesome paleo eggs benedict features a blender Hollandaise sauce that’s so easy to make. You’ll need salted butter, egg yolks, lemon juice, and pepper. It’s creamy and packed with healthy fats! There’s a recipe included for the zucchini fritters.

3. Sweet and Savory Waffles Benedict Snacks
This has to be the most creative paleo version of eggs benedict I’ve ever seen! You’ll first make a batch of paleo waffles (recipe included) and then you’ll top it with blackberry-vanilla-fig jam, poached eggs, and the silkiest ghee-based Hollandaise sauce.

4. Eggs Benedcit With Cucumber Salsa and Avocado
This recipe uses a homemade Hollandaise sauce, Canadian bacon, sliced avocado, arugula, homemade paleo bread, and a refreshing cucumber salsa with tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. You’ll want to eat this every day, I promise.

5. Asparagus Eggs Benedict With Grain Free Biscuits and Avocado Hollandaise
Avocado Hollandaise? Yes please! This eggs benedict meal is a little bit different than what you’re used to, with a fresh and green twist. The biscuits are slightly sweet with honey and coconut oil, and the silky avocado sauce is the perfect compliment to the fresh asparagus.

6. Spiralized Eggs Benedict With Roasted Sweet Potato Noodles
Just look at those noodles. Look at that lovely egg. This is the ultimate savory breakfast with sweet potato, garlic, avocado, eggs, cilantro, and a yummy chipotle Hollandaise sauce with plenty of lemon juice and adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers.

7. Eggs Blackstone
This eggs benedict recipe involved fried green tomatoes, which adds another vegetable to your breakfast! Unless you’re on of those crazy people that thinks tomato is a fruit. Then, well, just deal with it. Because this bacony breakfast is out of this world.

8. Asparagus Benedict
Here’s another way to replace that biscuit underneath your eggs and Hollandaise. Just use a veggie! This asparagus Hollandaise is made with apple cider vinegar, melted grassfed butter or ghee, paprika, lemon juice, chives, and of course, eggs.

9. Eggs Paleo
I love the colors in this dish. Bright red tomato on the bottom, soft white egg, green Hollandaise sauce—green? That’s right, this Hollandaise is another avocado version, also with garlic and bacon crumbles sprinkled on the top, which pretty much makes them irresistible.

10. Salmon Eggs Benedict
No, it’s not salmon eggs. It’s salmon plus eggs benedict. Disappointed? Don’t be. These amazing salmon caes are seasoned with cumin and bound with almond meal, then served with poached eggs, avocado, more smoked salmon, and a delicious Hollandaise with mustard powder.
