Cilantro Cauliflower Rice Chicken Bowl

0 from 0 ratings

This cilantro cauliflower rice chicken bowl is one of my absolute favorite recipes to make for lunch, especially if I’m in the mood for something filling. For the rice, I use cauliflower florets that have been ‘riced’ in my food processor, so it certainly feels like I’m getting a real rice bowl while still staying well within my paleo guidelines.

Another thing I love about this chicken cauliflower rice dish is how tasty it is thanks to the seasonings and of course the cilantro.

You don’t need much of the herb to give it a lot of flavor, which is why I absolutely love adding it into my recipes when I can.
