Looking for an easy way to make a paleo pizza crust? We’ve got you covered and it’s all thanks to one of my favorite foods to use as a paleo-approved alternative for a ton of different ingredients—cauliflower. This low carb paleo-friendly cauliflower pizza crust is a highly requested one because everyone loves it. You only need six ingredients to prepare it and it’s ready in less than an hour. The cauliflower rice provides a nearly identical texture to regular pizza dough when mixed with the coconut flour, so it really gives you that pizza crust feel without the refined carbs.
