Garlic Roasted Broccoli and Ground Beef Casserole

Some people have a harder time consuming the recommend amount of vegetables per day, so it’s more important than ever that we come up with new and creative ideas to help them get around that. If you love garlic or know anyone who does, then there’s no doubt that you have to bookmark this dish. Adding minced garlic to your broccoli and roasting it in the oven will make your kitchen smell fantastic; it’s almost too easy. And at the right temperature, the texture of the broccoli becomes nice and crisp which pairs excellently with the rich paleo-friendly mayonnaise mixture. Of course, this casserole wouldn’t be complete without lean ground beef cooked in sautéed onions and healthy olive oil. This is healthy paleo dieting done right.

  1. I made this recipe for the first time last night and it was so delicious! Next time I’m going to season the ground turkey and onions with some homemade Spicy Italian Seasoning to add some spice and a little extra flavor in the meat. Love this recipe though!!!!
