- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

- pinch of salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries plus extra for decoration
- For the orange glaze icing:
- ¼ cup coconut butter, softened
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
