Ingredients
- 1½ cups raw cashews
- 1 cup finely shredded coconut
- zest from 2 lemons
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until a stick dough forms.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
Loved the little burst of acv in this. Although I admit I also added a little lemon juice and malt syrup instead of honey. Just a little cos I don’t like sweet.
