Whether it’s summer or winter, everyone enjoys a delicious latte. But you don’t have to hit the Starbucks drive-through or the local coffee shop to get one! You can make delicious homemade lattes with ingredients like coconut milk, brewed coffee, matcha, and natural sweeteners like maple syrup, with yummy natural ingredients like vanilla and cinnamon.
1. Bulletproof Matcha Latte
Have you heard for Bulletproof Coffee? Here’s a similar drink, but made with matcha powder instead of coffee. This recipe has similar principles, including vanilla extract, sea salt, honey, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and a nut or seed butter of choice (I would use cashew butter).
2. Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte
What about combining pumpkin spice latte with the ever-elegant matcha? Let’s do it! This easy and tasty latte is made with matcha powder, pumpkin pie spice, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. This fun combination is delectable.

6. Buttery Pumpkin Spice Latte
This pumpkin spice latte has the expected ingredients of brewed coffee, pumpkin pie spice, honey, vanilla, and pumpkin puree. It also has a fabulous secret ingredient that makes it deliciously buttery: ghee! The ghee in this recipe makes the drink smooth and extra tasty.
7. Caramel Latte Smoothie
With the sweet flavor of homemade caramel with dates, almond milk, brewed coffee, and cashews, this latte smoothie will absolutely hit the spot any time of day. It’s completely dairy free and because it doesn’t have coconut milk, there’s no flavor to compete with the caramel.
8. Sweet Potato Spice Latte
As a departure from the typical pumpkin spice latte, this sweet potato spice latte is made with hot coffee, almond milk, sweet potato puree (this drink is full of nutrients!), coconut sugar to taste, pumpkin pie spice, and optional flaxseed meal to make it thicker.
9. Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte
Speaking of pumpkin spice, here is your classic fall favorite! This version is made with almond milk, real pumpkin puree, hot coffee, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. It has a creamy flavor and smooth texture, so you won’t miss the Starbucks version.
10. Iced Matcha and Salted Caramel Latte
This three-layer iced latte is absolutely to die for. It’s got a salted caramel layer with homemade caramel sauce, a coconut milk layer, and a gorgeous matcha later with coconut sugar, coconut milk, matcha powder, and ground vanilla bean for an earthy, sweet flavor.
11. Spiced Matcha Latte
Matcha flavors go beautifully with spices like cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger, as in this recipe. You can use any non-dairy milk you like. I would choose almond for its fairly neutral and mildly sweet flavor. The sweetener is also up to you, and maple, honey, or coconut sugar would all work.
12. AIP Pumpkin Spice Latte
If you need a latte that’s safe for the AIP diet, this recipe is your friend. made with dandelion root tea, coconut milk, optional maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla bean powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and mace, this latte has a sweet and spicy flavor without any coffee.
13. Healthier Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Need a healthier alternative to storebought creamer so you can make your own pumpkin spice lattes easy at home? Try this creamer with milk of choice, dates, vanilla, and seasonings. You can keep it on hand to drizzle into brewed coffee for an instant latte.
14. Creamy Chai Smoothie
I’m kind of obsessed with this idea: make a strong chai or chai concentrate and freeze it in ice cube trays so you don’t have to worry about it going bad before you can use it up. Then you’ll have an almost-instant chai latte smoothie when you need it! And yes, “need” is the right word.
15. Matcha Jasmine Tea Latte
I’m in love with the delightful flavor of jasmine tea, and I think it’s the perfect buddy for matcha. Use high-quality matcha powder with an organic jasmine tea bag, coconut milk, coconut oil, and collagen peptides to add protein and other nutrients to your drink.
16. Lavender Earl Grey Tea Latte
Paleo lattes are not just the domain of pumpkin spice and matcha—you can enjoy unique drinks you won’t find in a coffee shop if you make them yourself! This one is made with loose Earl Grey tea and culinary lavender as well as blueberry lavender syrup and vanilla extract. Use steamed almond milk for the milk.
17. Coconut Mint Iced Mocha

20. AIP Chai Tea Concentrate
Chai is my favorite summertime refresher drink (besides water, which we should all try to drink most often), and I love being able to make iced chai lattes on a whim with this homemade concentrate made with black tea, cinnamon, ginger, orange zest, cloves, and honey.
21. Iced Coconut Matcha Latte
This latte is boosted with coconut oil, maca powder, and Himalayan salt for decadent flavors and a smooth, creamy texture with coconut milk and almond or cashew milk. Use a high-quality matcha powder because the flavor is strong in this one!
22. Bulletproof Pumpkin Spice Latte
Turn that Bulletproof drink into a pumpkin spice latter with coconut milk, dates, vanilla, coconut oil, coffee, pumpkin pie spice, and canned pumpkin. You can even use the blogger’s suggestion for AIP modifications if you need to make it autoimmune friendly.
23. Spiced Chai Milk

25. Keto Eggnog Rocket Fuel Latte
Filled with raw eggs, MCT oil or coconut oil, and grass-fed collagen, this ketogenic eggnog recipe might not be for everyone—but if you’re up for a little bit of an adventurous latte, try this one sweetened with stevia and spiced with allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
26. Easy Caramel Caffe latte
This is the easiest caramel latte you’ll ever make…if you already have the paleo caramel on hand. And if you don’t, why not? Who wouldn’t want to have paleo caramel on hand? How could that possibly be dangerous? You’d just need to add coconut milk and coffee.
27. Better Than Bulletproof
This super simple mocha latte is like Bulletproof Coffee, but butter because it has chocolate! You’ll need espresso shots, coconut oil, raw cacao powder, raw honey, and coconut or almond milk. I’d also think about adding a teaspoon of butter or ghee.
28. Florida Orange Caramel Coffee Frappe
Wow, what a unique combination of flavors! This awesome frappe is sure to perk you up early in the morning with bright citrus flavors, caramel, coffee, raw honey, and ground cinnamon. The honey is really the perfect sweetener to go with oranges. So yummy!
29. Copycat Starbucks Gingerbread Latte

31. Salted Caramel Pumpkin Chai Latte
Why stop at a single flavor when you can combine three amazing flavors in one, like salted caramel, pumpkin, and chai? This fantastic latte is made with chai tea mix, almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, a little pinch of sea salt, and vanilla extract. Top with whipped coconut cream and double coconut caramel.
32. Spicy Chocolate Latte
This latte is a fancy version of hot chocolate, made with espresso, unsweetened cocoa powder, cayenne pepper to taste, unsweetened almond milk (homemade would be best), and additional cocoa and cayenne for topping. I’d definitely also add whipped coconut cream.

With homemade caramel made from coconut milk and coconut sugar, this yummy espresso-based caramel latte is sweet, simple, and easy to make—especially if you do the batch of caramel ahead of time so you can throw this drink together when you want it.

Made with hot coffee, coconut oil, and full fat coconut milk, this frothy drink is like an abbreviated version of Bulletproof Coffee that you can make quick and easy. It’s full of healthy fats that will nourish your body and help curb cravings when it’s not snack time yet.
